If you require a chartered accountant to prepare your statutory accounts, corporation tax computation and CT600 we offer a safe and friendly pair of hands. Once we have prepared your accounts we will raise any issues or concerns that we find during the preparation process.

Accounts preparation work is undertaken on a fixed fee basis which will be discussed with you before any work is commenced to ensure that there are no unpleasant surprises. We will also discuss with you where you can save on accountancy fees by adapting current systems and practice- useful if you are on a tight budget and have the capacity to take on more of the ground work internally.

We have experience introducing new accounting software to your business and ensuring the changeover runs smoothly. As a firm we are a Xero partner which means we can offer discounted rates on the software packages and also provide training and additional support as required.


We are experienced in providing personal tax services to high net worth individuals both UK and overseas residents. Through working with us you will be provided with the peace of mind that your liability has been correctly calculated and will be submitted on time. You will also be reminded how and when to make all payments throughout the year all for a fixed annual fee.

For business tax clients, we do not stop at simply preparing the corporation tax computation and CT600 we take the time to review with you where you may be able to save tax such as via pension contributions or P11d employee benefits. These suggestions are communicated with you during an annual partner review meeting.

For those clients with company cars/ health insurance or other Benefits In Kind going we will ensure that your P11d obligations are met, the correct amount of class 1A is calculated and paid over to HMRC.

Alongside personal and business taxes we also offer advice and assistance in the event of bereavement and can guide you through the maze of probate IHT compliance and form filling during a difficult time.


We cover all areas of tax planning for small owner managed business and individuals including corporate taxes, capital gains, inheritance tax and personal tax ensuring that you are not paying more tax than you need to be.

We frequently advise clients on issues such as choice of business structure, tax efficient cash extraction & reorganisations as well as industry specific planning such as R&D tax credits and film tax credits.

All fees for tax planning work will be discussed upfront and before the appointment is undertaken.

We deal directly with your agents and manage debtors, chase any outstanding invoices on your behalf and ensure that nothing is over looked. All supplier bills are sent directly to us and we ensure that they are paid within the agreed terms notifying you of every transaction. We will pay your salary each month directly into your personal account and ensure that all obligations are taken care of.

For musicians, we deal directly with your label to track record sales and if you don’t have a publisher we can also manage your royalty income with PRS.
